All items sold are Non-Exchangeable. Only Incorrect and Defective item is refundable.
If you received incorrect or defective item, please drop an email to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please include the following details in the email:
1. Order number
2. Indicate if it is Incorrect or Defective item
3. Serial number found on the product tag or product packaging
4. Pictures and/or videos, whichever applicable
5. Include your bank account details as the refund will be made via bank transfer
